Detailed Scope includes: (1) reclaimed water main extension (west utility corridor), (2) storm drainage; water quality and de-icing ponds (west utility corridor), (3) hydronic piping (chilled and hot water) from new Central Utility Plant (CUP) to Concourse (CC) B (east utility corridor), (4) redundant electrical duct banks from the new Austin Energy (AE) Timber Creek Substation to the new CUP and CC B including 2 new AUS medium voltage substations and site development for 2 AE back up power generation sites (Resiliency as a Service (RaaS) (east utility corridor), (5) new AUS information technology/telecom duct banks (east and west utility corridors), (6) other utility extensions that may be identified as the AEDP program progresses, and (7) and their seamless connection to the other AEDP projects utilities. |
