Consultant services may include but not limited to: Studies and reports, programming, schematic and design development phases, sustainable design /(leadership in energy and environmental design) LEED implementation, development of contract documents, integration of hazardous materials documents (prepared by others) into the Bid Documents, estimates of construction cost,,permiting and other governmental approvals, bid phase services for invitations for bid, proposal phase and scope clarification support during the negotiation phase of competitive sealed proposal method solicitations, construction administration and warranty period services, City of Austin intends to provide LEED services with in-house staff, in conjunction with the consultant, to implement LEED/sustainability requirements. |
