| Summary: | The Scope of Services generally consists of all elements of work required for commissioning activities of the Project satisfactory to the City and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances and in accordance with the requirements, policies, and general practices of the City and as found in the Background section of this document. Currently, energy system-related commissioning is the predominant Cx activity and will be the focus for all projects with energy-related scopes. However, commissioning of water systems, Indoor Air Quality features, and/or durability testing may be part of a Project’s scope. Early employment of the integrated team process and integration of commissioning activities is important to defining the goals and targets specific to each project. Commissioning activities are integral to the process described and overall goal achievement. The City anticipates selecting approximately eight (8) firms with an estimated authorization amount of $1,000,000.00 for each firm, for a total maximum authorization amount of $9,000,000.00. |
