| Summary: | The Work consists of interior renovation of the existing public restrooms on both levels of the Palmer Event Center. The number of toilet stalls and urinals will increase in certain restrooms. Renovation includes adding interior millwork counters and storage. Interior finishes and plumbing fixtures will be upgraded. Other areas such as dressing rooms and showers will also be included. Old ceiling will be replaced with new ceiling tile and lighting. The work will also address a repair to a sanitary sewer line at the north corner of the event center. All fixtures and finishes were specified to eliminate long lead times. The building will remain operational and therefore renovation of the restrooms will be broken phases. Work will need to be done during both regular and after hours but limited on the weekends. |
