Description: Highland and Brownie Neighborhood Parks 
Summary: The Work consists of park improvements at two separate park locations. Highland Neighborhood Park and Reznicek Fields – Phase II Development: The work consists of the renovation of two ball fields with lighting, a new site irrigation system, a loop walking trail, bleachers, a new drinking fountain, parking lot improvements meeting all ADA requirements, and utilities for a future restroom/community building. Other work includes but is not limited to: demolition of miscellaneous existing improvements, tree mitigation / protection, site furnishings, signage, fencing, landscape, irrigation, earthwork, lighting and electrical, utilities (drainage, water & sanitary), and paving surfaces. Brownie Neighborhood Park – Phase I Improvements: The work consists of the installation of a picnic pavilion, irrigation system expansion, a loop walking trail, solar security lighting, benches, picnic tables, a new playground, a new drinking fountain, a vehicular turnaround with parking spaces. Other work includes but is not limited to: demolition of miscellaneous existing improvements, tree mitigation / protection, site furnishings, signage, fencing, landscape irrigation, earthwork, lighting, utilities (drainage and water), and paving surfaces. The work includes requirements to achieve SITES Certification for Brownie Neighborhood Park as administered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a nationally known Green Building Rating System.
