| Summary: | The Work of this Contract comprises the demolition and replacement of (8) full and (1) half court existing asphalt tennis courts and foundations and all accompanying fencing, lighting, and tennis court accessories (ie: nets, straps, and posts, etc.). The Work also includes demo of most sidewalks and salvage of some site furnishings and pea-gravel for re-use. New accessible sidewalks will be constructed from parking to the Pro Shop and to the tennis courts. New LED lighting will be installed for the courts. Some new trees and landscaping are part of the Work as are three new raingarden elements and a berm. The Work also includes interior demolition at the Pro Shop. Both Men’s and Women’s toilet rooms and showers will be renovated to bring into compliance with ADA requirements. Demo in the Pro Shop includes flooring, some interior walls, restroom / shower plumbing fixtures, and Interior Lighting. |
