The City of Austin is leading this study in conjunction with TxDOT’s IH-35 Capital Express Central Project to refine cap and stitch concepts from the first phase of IH-35 Cap & Stitch study; analyze impacts and opportunities for the community; and provide outreach to the community and stakeholders. |
