| Summary: | The City seeks to establish a contract with one or more qualified nonprofits or governmental entities “Contractor” to provide property management/operations and supportive services using Housing First principles at one or more City owned properties. The City will retain ownership of the property, which shall be leased for a nominal amount to a Contractor providing property management/operations and supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness at the specified location(s). The City reserves the right to make multiple awards based on submissions to this solicitation, as well as future properties acquired by the City, that have not yet been identified. Because future properties have not yet been identified, award of a contract for a future property based off this solicitation does not guarantee any actual work. |
