Austin-Travis County EMS Schedule Recurring Payments (ATCEMS)
Welcome to the Austin-Travis County EMS Schedule Recurring Payments module within Austin Finance Online
Begin by selecting option 1 to create your recurring payment schedule, and follow the link to Citybase to save your method of payment.
Select option 2 if you need to change your recurring payment schedule.
If you need to stop your recurring payment, select option 2 and enter $0.00 (zero) for the Payment Amount.
Select option 3 if you need to change your payment method in Citybase.
Please have the following information available on-hand before starting:
- Options 1, 2, and 3: Run Number and Date of Service from your invoice.
- Options 1 and 3: The name as it appears on your credit card, the credit card number, credit card expiration date, and the 3 or 4 digit security code on the back of the card.
- Accepted payment methods are Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
Please allow 48 hours for any changes to occur.
Option 1
Set up a recurring payment schedule in two steps:
- 1. In Austin Finance Online (AFO) – create a payment schedule for each Run Number
- 2. In Citybase:
- a. Create a Citybase account
- b. Enter/save a payment method (Mastercard, VISA, Disc, American Express)
- c. Find/Associate your Run Number(s) to your Citybase account
- d. Turn on Auto Pay for each Run Number
Option 2
Change or stop recurring payment schedule or create new payment schedule for new or existing Run Number
Option 3
Add or Update my saved payment method at Citybase and/or turn off Auto Pay at Citybase and/or associate a new Run Number to my profile account
