| Summary: | The City of Austin (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide grounds maintenance services for 208 acres of city-owned property located at 7900 Loyola Lane and 7215 ½ Loyola Lane. The Contract will be used by the Economic Development Department (EDD) and the City’s intent is to award to one Contractor . The frequency and mowing descriptions provided are yearly estimates and may be modified as described by the Proposer. Additional services will include debris hauling/removal, and tire removal/disposal. |
