| Summary: | The City of Austin (City) seeks to establish a contract with one or more qualified Contractors to perform full maintenance, repair and other related services for City chiller and boiler systems. Services under this contract will include but are not limited to preventive maintenance, general maintenance (repairs), new unit and/or replacements of a like items or items of similar purpose, and like-and-kind replacements for water-cooled chillers, chilled water, condenser water systems, pumps, and boiler/ hot water systems. |
